If you are looking for a long time career wheer you want to excel in life, then you have come to the wrong place. Wipro is definately not that place from where you can retire from. I have spend 3 years in wipro . and trust me . it has only made me "weep" and "roh", this is not only my story but everyone who are there for some time now. when you join thsi company you would be very proud and feel great to walk in but slowly slowly when you would face the dirty politicics of wipro then you will understand that is thsi all about.
hats off to Mr. Azim Premji for building such a good company with such awesome infrastructure but Sir please do a review on management team( Delivery managers and Tower heads), they dont deserve that position . They are only their because of thier contacts with other managers. I have spent my 3 years of life there . wished if I could atleast spend 10 years. but because of the management team. they proved that I am a below average performer at the end of 3rd year where all my other apparaisals are pretty good in compared to others.
If you want to stay in Wipro, just remember one thing. Lick your manager’s back. you will definately grow up the ladder.
